Frequently asked questions
Can our tennis group keep playing without a fixed schedule?
Yes. Play when your court and opponents are available, then log and confirm results. The ongoing leaderboard stays with your group between sessions.
Is my Elo-X rating a UTR or World Tennis Number?
No. Elo-X ratings are independent. Recording matches here does not create or update a UTR rating, ITF World Tennis Number or national federation rating.
Can group matches count towards activity ratings?
For supported standard Singles matches, enable Count as Official for newly created matches. Confirmed results then count towards your tennis rating too. This does not guarantee a visible global list. See the group setup guide.
Does everyone need an Elo-X account?
Yes. Participating players join with their own accounts to log, review and confirm results. Players must meet Elo-X’s age requirements.
Can our group run a tennis tournament?
Yes. Keep your ongoing standings and create an event for your players. Explore tennis tournaments →
